Janice Sherman

Janice Sherman is a visionary health care leader and brings over 25 years FQHC executive experience in Operations to ACE. Janice is a seasoned executive bringing decades of expertise supporting the primary healthcare industry. She has successfully led operations in both rural and urban environments.

With decades of Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience, she demonstrates subject matter expertise to strengthen primary care practices in all areas of compliance and governance. As a fierce advocate for Community Health Centers throughout her career, she has served as a former CEO to different health centers in Georgia as well as a statewide Primary Care Association (PCA) in MS and advisory capacity to former NACHC leadership.

Prior to serving her role at ACE, she recently served as the founder and CEO of Partners in Equity (PIE), a non-profit organization that she founded and established in 2020. She and the team at PIE partnered with Healthcare and Community Leaders to Advance Equity via models that address the social determinants of health.
